How It Works
From Crew To Scoring Roster.
Bring as many runners as you want to the ranch. Before the roster locks, your crew names three or four scoring athletes and assigns each one to a different event. Their results become your crew score.

The Rules
8 Rules
- R01Free to enter.
- R02Unlimited total crew members may race during the weekend.
- R03Designate 3 or 4 scoring athletes.
- R04At least one scoring athlete must compete in the Backyard Ultra.
- R05One scoring athlete maximum per event.
- R06An athlete can score in only one event.
- R07Four scoring athletes can cover all four races.
- R08Three scoring athletes are allowed but leave one scoring opportunity unused.
Scoring System
Every Race.100 Points.
Points come from where you finish relative to the size of the field. Every event is normalized to the same 100-point maximum, so a bigger field never makes one race worth more than another.
Formula
Points =100 × (Starters − Place + 1)÷ Starters
Scores displayed to two decimal places.

Backyard Ultra Scoring
Backyard.Yards Set the Place.
Backyard athletes are ranked by total completed yards. Athletes completing the same number of yards are tied for Crew Showdown scoring, and each receives points from the average of the positions the tied group occupies.

- 02Backyard RankOfficial winner holds 1st. Others rank by completed yards.
